Virtified was created by Michael Warrilow. He is building his vision of an open community of technology professionals who leverage shared experiences to accelerate emerging technology best practices.
Michael has deep expertise in a range of foundational IT infrastructure including virtualisation, containers, operating systems and cloud. During the last three decades he has worked as practitioner, vendor and industry analyst. Most recently, Michael was an analyst at Gartner. Earlier in his career he worked as analyst for META Group before founding Hydrasight. Michael started his career working at Big W before joining IBM/Tivoli. He also worked for VMware and had a short stint at Objective.
Michael has a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science), a certificate in management and a graduate certificate in writing.
